News :. Dead animals found in frat house
Muncie, Ind., authorities were scratching their heads over a dead doe, buck, coyote and possum found in a Ball State University fraternity house.

"I doubt they all walked in and died," Christine Dely of the Delaware County Health Department told the Ball State Daily News.

Authorities were called to the Delta Gamma Iota house Nov. 10 and found the doe in the kitchen, the coyote in the living room, the buck in a downstairs laundry room and the dead possum in the bathroom, the newspaper said.

Dely said it was still unknown whether the animals were dead as the result of a prank or if they were roadkill. The eight students living in the house said they did not know where the animals came from and the fraternity has refused to comment until after the investigation is complete.

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has been brought into the investigation since wild animals were involved, the newspaper said.
